Get the White Outmug. A white out is a phenomenon that occurs when one consumes an excessive amount of alcohol. Like a black out, the consumer cannot recollect what happened the night before, but instead of waking up in a chair or bed on the bathroom floor, the person wakes up either in a hospital bed, or they wake up in heaven.
