To expose someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity without their consent; usually in the sense of the person “coming out” or revealing they are transgender or of a non heterosexual orientation

To out someone means to beat them in a particular activity. "Out" is most likely short for "outperform".

Weird being an "Adjective" weirding out menas "when a person acts more weird or stranger then usual and opting to leave a job he/she was suppose to do or quit something before even getting half way through without a good cause or any explainations.
