hair hatted houligans

A word coined by comedian Tommy Sotomayor describing a ratchet female, typically exhibiting bad behavior in public,mostly criminal and wears hair weave. The identifying characteristic of this weave is that it looks obviously unnatural and fake making the weave look like a hat rather than her real hair.

1)News report-shows mugshots of women with blond wigs on in news report. Viewer says "Them hair hatted houligans were caught shop lifting at Walmart".

2)Store owner to cops-"Three hair hatted houligans had a big fight and tore up my Waffle House!!! Get them outta here,arrest them all!"that

3)Simps standing on corner at liquor store staring lustfully -"Those two hair hatted houligans with all them kids got some big asses, lets go holla at them bitches!"

A multi purpose firefighting tool, used for forcing entry into buildings. Similar to a pry bar or crow bar but with a pike end, a forked end and an adz (flat) end.

Holligan

Holligans are individuals who spend much of their time contributing to football (soccer) blogs. However, these normally mild mannered and 'professional' persons occasionally deviate from their traditional stomping grounds to group, en-masse, and terrorise other online comment forums. The traditional act of holliganism is to take a serious debate/conversation and degrade it so much that it becomes nothing more than a series of football related puns and in doing so, ensure that the most swaffled posts (holligan slang for recommend) are the most ridiculous.

People say that file sharing is the death knell of the music induistry, but they said the same about cassettes and CDs. It's simply musical evolution.

As an ex member of a minor indie band I can comprehensively state that, though the internet has created a new market for bands to opperate and circulate their music, filesharing is robbing them of the vital funds that they require to flourish!!!

Hulligan

Taking photos and passing them through a graphics editing program, applying filters, and calling the resulting photo "art".

Normally involves trying to sell the resulting "art".

Named for an ongoing reference on photo editing message boards that allegedly began in a thread on Fark.com relating to the Shepard Fairey "Hope" poster created for the 2008 Obama for President campaign.

The artist was arrested for pulling a Hulligan.
