"Afrisecal" is a word that was originally coined by Francis Ohanyido the PanAfrican philosopher poet in March 1990. It refers to paradigms aimed at truly unfolding a Neo-African Renaissance , especially in uplifting the quality of African leadership. It is sometimes referred to as 'Afrisecaism'.

Afrisecal Movement and Afrisecal Philosophy (Afrisecaism) were started in 1990 as a form of Renaissance by Francis Ohanyido as a PanAfrican movement to improve African leadership .

Symptoms include; Dark skin, Ignorance, Often loud screeching, laughter and screaming, White palms and white feet, Lack of proper english and pronunciation, Lack of education, Droopy pants and larger then normal shirts, Monkey like behavior, and the need to make beats for nursery rhymes.
