22011

Rain keeps falling

I close my eyes
To feel your arms around me . . .

Kisses . . .

. . . . caresses . . .

Exploring the silence . . .

I Love You Forever

May 21, 2011

It's may 21, 2011, at 6:00 PM i'm just sitting here eating cereal, pretty apocalyptic, amirite?
On bilboards everywhere, they stay that may 21, 2011 will be the end of the world, one of the scenarios includes humans consuming late breakfast.

Chicago Blizzard of 2011

The Chicago Blizzard of 2011 was a major winter storm that impacted the Great Plains, Midwest, primarily Chicago, and the NE between January 31 – February 2, 2011. Over 20 inches of snow fell in Chicago, making it the 3rd largest blizzard ever on record behind the Blizzard of 1967 and the Blizzard of 1999. Chicago Public Schools were closed for the first time since the Blizzard of 1999 for two days in a row. Most schools in the area were off February 2 and February 3, and some schools are also closed February 4. During the brunt of the storm, motorists on Chicago's famous Lake Shore Drive became trapped and had to abandon their cars and walk to downtown in blizzard conditions. By February 2nd, almost all roads in Chicagoland were impassable, and Lake County, the county north of Chicago, issued a civil emergency message which stated driving was illegal until 5 PM February 2. Most people were snowed in until midday February 3, however. O'Hare cancelled all flight on February 1 and February 2. In Peoria, IL, winds were so strong that they knocked over a snow plow. The effects of the storm were far-reaching, as many four-lane roads were only down to two lanes for an undefined period after the storm.
The Chicago Blizzard of 2011 was a momentous occasion for younger adults. They will tell it to their children much the same their parents told them the story of the Blizzard of 1967 and 1999.

2011

The year that:

-We found and killed Osama Bin Laden

-An earthquake and tsunami hit Japan

-The world was taken over by ponies

-The economy sank even more

-People realized bullying is actually a problem

-A royal wedding took place

-The American Idol judging penal was changed, and made better.

-The Arab Spring and Occupy Wall Street started

-A new Pokemon game came out

-Beavis and Butt-Head was put back on MTV

-The music scene suffered even more

-Jersey Shore continued to take us over

-Being hipster was cool
2011 had some good and some bad, so all in all, it wasn't bad, considering we're all due to die this year.

Holiday 2011

Some weird "timeframe" that the media now uses to indicate when a game will be released. Confusing as shit because Britons don't understand that "Holiday" is an American euphemism for "Christmas"... instead they interpret "Holiday" to mean summertime.

So basically, this term causes meaningless and pointless confusion just because the media and corporations don't want to use the word "Christmas".
Douche CEO of Activision: Some shitty game will be out for Holiday 2011

Consumer dude: WTF does that mean... why are you just making up some weird new time period as if everyone should understand what the fuck it's referring to? Does "holiday" mean summer? Christmas? Fucking February?

May 21, 2011

A day falsely said to be the date the world will end, however by strictly religious people of all religions is said to be a date of divine returning. Is also a date of a full moon, and 1 month before the summer equinox, however, unlike 2012, this lacks the supposed support of thousands of years of writings and prophecy, or any astrological or astronomical distinction in particular (that i know of) unlike 12/21/12, and is also less well known. Also something shown on Billboards in nashvbille, tn, in spring/summer 2010, reading "May 21, 2011 is the day, get close to god" stated by local churches who rented themm to be 'a warning of the significance of the day, which they refer to as Judgement Day... Even the pope has spoke about it. Sometimes no one knows what to believe
The worlds over on december 21, 2012. Its been foreseen for centuries by ancient prophecies and psychics. Then 2011 came....Oh wait, no all of us calculated wrong, its not december 21, 2012, its may 21, 2012... come May 21, 2011, then... please edit this and explain, so it can be proven to hold water or be bull.
