Carlocking 

The act of repeatedly sending someone a Facebook friend request and immediately canceling it so that the other user receives a notification of the request but can no longer respond to it.

I've been carlocking Steve Kaplan for a few days now and he thinks that Facebook is broken.

When you catch an individual looking at you and they immediately look away only to look back at you soon after. A phrase derived from the old fashion cat clocks that would move their eyes from side to side as the seconds went by.

Dennis: " Have you seen who's here at the party?"
Alex: " Yeah man, looks like Torran made it after all"
Dennis: " You think he knows you are here?"
Alex : "Of course he knows I'm here, he's been cat clocking me since I got here. Acting like he hasn't seen me" "He knows he owes me money"

This occurs when someone follows your typical movements over a period of time as part of a plan, such as an escape or a crime.

The inmates were clocking you and the Sergeant's cell checks to time a drug deal.

Jacking off on someone's car door handle who you don't like. Not doing it in public is the ideal method to avoid getting arrested.

The action of announcing the time and number of hours left in a work day at annoyingly short intervals.

Carlosing 

To Carlos/Carlosing can mean one of two things.
A) To take a carefully selected portion of a funny or otherwise inappropriate conversation and post it in Carlos' thread (Talk 2 Carlos 2.0).
OR
B) To partake in any activity while mimicking the greatness of the Carlos.

"Her: LOLOL OH MY GOD THAT WAS HILARIOUS.
Him: I know right? THAT SHIT IS WORTH CARLOSING! RIGHT NOW!"

"Him: I Carlosed the lawn yesterday.
Her: You mean you mowed the lawn?
