Vita-Man 

A nomadic & free-spirited man, with long golden locks. Vita-Man is easy going and has many practical skills and bulk knowledge, yet has not mastered his digestive system. His diet of celery and beer gives him a frequent and unmistakeable tone (from the back-joot) that can be heard from great distances.

An American brand of breakfast cereal produced by Quaker Oats and sold in the United States. The cereal was introduced in 1968, and changed mascots several times. The cereal was discontinued in 2019. It boasted high vitamin and iron content, in addition to a more modest amount of sugar
