Young Muslims 

YM is a grassroots intellectual movement that has been active since the early '90s. It is the largest national off campus grassroots youth organization in the United States. YM’s goal is to presents Islam in an easy and beautiful fashion. Furthermore, YM aims to present Islam in a socially and spiritually relevant manner such that it develops a balanced American and Muslim identity. YM achieves its goal by providing college and high school students with an opportunity to dialogue their religious experience and discuss spiritual concerns on a weekly basis. YM’s primary objective is to foster a safe environment in which high school and university Muslim students can question and become informed about their faith on a weekly basis.

The goal of Young Muslims shall be to seek the pleasure of Allah (SWT) by educating, training and developing the Muslim youth to be balanced Islamic workers in the United States.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
