Chipa or "chipá" is a common home made snack around parts of Paraguay, Brasil and Argentina as well.

It is usually made of corn wheat, eggs, milk, cow fat and regional cheese.
Best served right from the oven with mate!!

A: Did you bring mate to the park?

B: Yeah. But i'm hungry as well. Let's buy some chipa.
