"That" Friend 

The friend in every group of friends who no one really knows why "that" friend is there. "That" friend is usually the butt of every joke, prank, or the one who follows every request made by someone in the group of friends. Also, the "that" in "that" friend usually has a different tone than the rest of the words.

Rick: Hey, where is your friend?
James: Which friend?
Rick: Charlie.
James: Oh, "that" friend. We sent him out to go bring us some drinks.

the type of friend who is really nice to you in the beginning when you first meet them, but quickly turn into narcissistic assholes who only think that there opinion comes first.

these people are usually clingily to one person even if they caused severe mental harm to them. they always call you, text you, and its always for no reason at all. to be honest, we have all had these friends but when we try to get rid of them they always come back, then the cycle repeats. nice to asshole, over and over and over again.
