When someone has the suction similar to the mouth of an alligator when giving head, this is called alligator grip. Similar to gorilla grip

Mom: honey, have you made any friends today?
Son: only one. She is my new friend that’s a girl!

Since the boy didn’t want to call his new friend his girlfriend, he called her his “friend that’s a girl”
