(v). 1. The act stepping out of a reall hot bath or shower then lowering your warm soupy ball sack into your sleeping girlfriends mouth, spitting on her forehead and yelling surprise when she wakes up gagging on your sack.

when you do sport or when you are walking around town on a really hot day and your balls have been sweating so much that the sweat starts running down your legs making them rub together raw, you have soupy sack. To avoid soupy sack don't wear jeans on really hot days
