Lodo 

A term used in Denver (and perhaps other cities) that stands for the "LOwer DOwntown" area of the city. It is often used in radio and TV advertisements.

lodo 

High school kid that gets high on drugs or booze after and during school if possible. Usually hangs out in a group with similar interests. Lodo is part of the social heirarchy at high school which includes the jocks, nerds, geeks, hards, gearheads, socs, etc. Plural form of lodo is lodos.

Between classes Stone liked to smoke pot and hang out with all the other lodos at the lodo bench by the cafeteria.
