The word ‘Fucked Neck’ is derived from the ancient term of ‘Fuckered Neckus’ and is used to describe a pain in the Neck after a long period of being ideal and still in a single position e.g. a long nights sleep

Person 1 - how was you sleep during the road trip
Person 2 - it was ok besides the fact of me coming down with a case of the ‘Fucked Neck’

A playful term used among friends. A modernization of terms such as "ding-dong" or "silly-willy" or even "goofball". Can be used in a jovial sense, or even when you're angry.
