A colloquial fusion of the word "Bismillah" (an arabic word meaning "in the name of God") and "Qifsha"(meaning fuck). Qifsha is transform to its common misspelling of "Shisha" do combine into a word that is most commonly used as an exclamation in many northern Albanian villages.
