Pulling a Beard

Pulling a Bear

To knowingly plan an event even though you know you're not going to make it.

To ditch in an dickheaded way.
Example:
Me: Bear you coming tonight?
Bear: Yeah! Ima be there!

That Night.
Me (over the phone): Where are you?
Bear: I told you I had plans!
Me: Wow are you Pulling a Bear...

Pulling a Beaudry

1. Feigning an injury as an excuse for screwing something up; then proceeding to confuse even your own injuries because they aren't real.
1. Dude, he missed the tackle and is totally Pulling a Beaudry.

2. He had a bad game but "his left, wait... his right ankle hurts", he's Pulling a Beaudry.

Pulling A Bear

When one says that they are doing a simple task, but takes an overly extended time to "finish" said task.
Tim: Mrs. Glop is taking a long time to finish her work.
Harold: But she said she would make it in time for the party!
Issac: Well, it seems that she's pulling a bear!

pulling a Beanie

The career-furthering act of forming an amazing new band which will hopefully match or surpass the band from which you have for whatever reason left. Can also be used to describe forming a side project which makes your usual band look sucky. Named for Steve "Beanie" Hewitt who is one person notable for this stunt.
1. Have you seen their MySpace? That one's pulling a Beanie.

2. Their EP is already better than her old band's album - she pulled a Beanie.
