a futenis (penis futon)- a futon that is perdendicular to your bed, and is for your enormously large penis. At the end of the futon is a pillenis (penis pillow) for the head of the penis, but a pillenis is totally optional.

futensil 

a combination of futile and utensil; in other words, using a utensil inappropriately. this can be extended to using any object in a way not in the original design.

dan was sitting there, staring off into space, using an icepick to clean his ears. he should know better than to use a futensil for such an intimate action.

futernisce 

The wife and I sold our old house and were reminiscing about different things we liked about it, as we are currently remodeling our new house. We then started to futernisce about our plans for the new addition, and now have a pool on the way.
