Crayford: "where are you going?"
Meredith: "It's the misses"
Crayford: "So?"
Meredith: "I want to go away next weekend also so I have to keep up with my chick admin"

Chuck Adkins Diet 

After eating, using vomit inducing substances so that you don't have to use your fingers.

Can be used as a prank, or mainly by Bulimics who don't like poking their throats to puke.

"Chuck" comes from "Upchuck", to throw up.

Have you seen donna? I heard she is on the chuck adkins diet.
Makes her body look TIGHT.

"What is the Chuck adkins diet? It's like the Atkins diet, except all calories in, all calories out, you get me?"
