Aggravational Pull 

when the mutual dislike or annoyance of a person, thing, place, etc, draws people closer together.
She was SOOOOO obnoxious, and I thought I was the only one who hated her posts in the forum, until the aggravational pull brought more irritated people my way, and we all soon became friends.

Aggravational 

Aggravational means when someone does something to annoy you. The behavior is aggravational.

The act of being aggravated is aggravational.
The opposite of motivational is aggravational.

Ugh, you get on my nerves... you are so aggravational!

Stop parking your car so close to me, that is so aggravational.

aggravational speaker 

an individual who is so confrontational, so aggravating or so infuiating with almost every spoken word. those type of people who rub you wrong just speaking to you, or push other people's buttons almost unintentionally. They also tend to argue about everything little thing.
Noel is such an aggravational speaker. Whatever that dude says completely pisses me off.

Nancy is such a hothead. She takes the simplest thing and blows it out of proportion. What an aggravational speaker!

My spouse is the most difficult person to deal with. Everything turns into an argument. I can't believe what an aggravational speaker my spouse is!
