Nickname for the boss in a dysfunctional hierarchy since s/he essentially tells you when and where to shit.

Sorry buddy, I can’t do anything for you yet, I’m waiting for the Turdmaster to drop his giant turd so that I’ll know how to handle things.

Though our cat and dog consume similar quantities of food,
