Not just a combination of two existing words no...

Rather a precious, very rarely used word to describe individuals that consistently provide for others without question or requiring anything in return.

A rare find and not to be sniffed at...

for any reason.

It was often pouted that TOBW was known to possess qualities of a Superbular nature.

When one real word just can't express your extreme annoyance with a female coworker who is always getting herself involved where she doesn't belong, screwing things up because she doesn't know what she's talking about and general being awful, you know she's a superultrabitchcunt.
