Katheet 

A katheet is the act of placing ones ballsack on a curb and repeatedly stomping on them until they basically pop and turn into a scrotum full of blended nuts and nerves, now after doing this you're supposed lift up the basically empty sack and squeeze as hard as you can if the victim does not die then he's supposed to then put his penis on the ground have it get forcefully stomped on and crushed as if someone was stepping on a cigarette to put it out.
