Awe inspiring and then awe instilling

A better version of intoxicating. En vivir, to give life to. Intoxify is to have something "give you life" by way of its presence, personality, abilities, gifts, actions, etc.

Ex: Ice cubes melting in a glass of water, and periodically making a clinking noise against the glass that lets you know subtle changes are happening; this effect can have the affect of "intoxifying" someone--mostly working through awe.

Being in awe of something, while it instills within you the qualities that caused awe

Driving over a bridge at night while it is raining can be intoxifying.

(n.) A party and/or festival where alcohol is widely available and significantly consumed until the point of hospitalization. (i.e. intoxi-hospitalization).
Intoxifest is an incredibly ballin' event until the point of unconsciousness where people point their fingers at your utter ridiculousness and continue partying without you.
Can be used generally but commonly found in college acappella groups going on "retreat"
