Ditch diaper 

Diapers tossed out the windows of cars by traveling families too lazy or too redneck to toss it into a proper waste bin once they've stopped. Eventually, the stinky wad lands into the ditch to keep the roadkill company.

I got run off into the ditch and fell headlong into what must've been a ditch diaper. I thought I'd never get the stink off me.

Rusty Dutch Double Dipper

much like the Dutch Double Dipper but with the added benefit of the female partner taking a dump while you do it. This adds an interesting lubrication (of sorts) and also allows you to quite literally push her shit back in.

Bob: "I heard you Triple D'd her last night man?"
Frank: "You heard wrong my friend, I Rusty Trip D'd her!"

Dutch Double Dipper

A Dutch Double Dipper AKA a Triple D (DDD) is when the female bends over so she is looking between her own legs. The Male then continues to go from Ass to Mouth (or reverse depending on preference) as fast as possible.

Dutch Double Dipper:
Bob: "Hey man I was trying to do an Eiffel Tower with this girl but she didnt like the idea of another guy"
Frank: "Oh yeah, what you end up doing then?"
Bob: "I Triple D'd her!"
Frank:"NICE!"
