Another slang way to say etcetera except it is said by a third party. Popularized by Hip-Hop artists Jadakiss and Styles P in their freestyle over the song "Otis."

1) J: Who's going out with us tonight?

T: Oh you know Nuz, and Mougias, and Triscuit, and Greggy ....

J: And louch! Got it, let's go.
