A skank or group of skanks who constantly follow themselves around with a camera in tow taking and posting pictures of themselves in gross, odd and compromising positions; pretending to be having a blast in the midst of an imaginary party atmosphere.

That chick thinks she looks hot all exposed and rubbing up against her "girlfriends" with their tongues out...lesboschic farm animal paparazzi? More like skank-a-razzi ...Those pics scorch my eyeballs!
