A person who has very little in terms of money or assets yet constantly eats at restaurants and travels multiple times in a year. In extreme cases has parties with expensive food. Constantly states they don't have money yet their lifestyle says otherwise.

I want to be Nadine broke. I'm just regular broke so I don't travel at all.
