Romantically Constipated 

Being entirely unable to engage romantically in a healthy fashion, either through the person's own fault, their own simple dislike of romantic relations, or the stupidity of their romantic choices. Most often, it is used to describe someone who leaves a relationship once things become more emotional. It can also describe someone who repeatedly engages in harmful romantic relationships, however.

You only left her because you started to feel something for her. That's what always happens with you - you're romantically constipated.

fashion constipated 

when faced with many outfit/fashion choices, knowing that u have the means and inspiration inside you but lack the potential outlet... and don't have the force for that one extra push... pun intended

i have loads of ideas floating in my head right now
its just that i cant pin one down 'cause i want to wear my new levis and the top i bought from playlife with it. but i want to wear a dress. but i want to wear a skirt. i feel fashion constipated and that's worse than being actually constipated!

When someone's sexual desires and lust become pent up due to reasons outside their control. It may result in sick sexual fetishes like tentacle rape, tubgirls, bestiality etc...

If you ever looked at a doujin comic from Japan, you can tell their whole culture is extremely sexually constipated due to the vast amounts of disgusting fetishes they draw.

emotionally constipated

Without emotion. When one cannot express emotion for the life of them. Its like being constipated minus the shit. You just fail to show emotion towards anything. You just can't be emotional. Unlike actual constipation this does not go away after time.

Most men are emotionally constipated. Get used to it :)
