Look What The Bats Dragged In

A goth or emo way of saying 'look what the cat dragged in'. Cats are known for bringing dead mice/rats/birds and other vermin they may have found or killed in to their owner's home. Upon meeting someone who is disliked, by using this phrase you imply that they are the vermin mentioned above.

Spill the beans

The inform some one of the truth, to let them know in honesty, have any one be told what they wish to hear.
After Sandra and Dave gave birth to a baby boy, Dave started to doubt his new born child. One night while Sandra was out playing bingo with the girlies, leaving Dave to take care for his new toddler. Sitting in his high chair being fed his supper, Dave asks, 'now son, come on spill the beans. Who is really your father?' And the beans went all over his face.

Cut the bats hair

Having a good night out and waking up with a hangover. Phrase coined by Matt Helders and Alex Turner of the Arctic Monkeys.
"What happened last night?"
"Think we cut the bats hair a bit short last night"

Win all the beans

Winning albeit something trivial. Reminiscent of the late '80's and early '90's game Don't spill the beans. Or the Jellybean in a jar guessing game. To win all the beans is the equivalent of a pat on the back, winning student of the month in 4th grade and other such victories.
" I told you my dessert would be the best at the potluck!"
"Yup, you win all the beans"
