1. To procrastinate.
2. To fall behind relative to others.
3. To unwittingly hold up progress.
4. To deliberately hold up progress by acting slowly.

This versatile term is used to exaggerate slowness of time, procrastination, or general suckiness of an event or activity. Derivitive of the phrase "dragging balls."

James: "Dude, how long until this class is over?"

Marc: "About half an hour."

James: "WOW, seriously? We've been here for like two weeks! This class is dragging balls across the desert."

1 - verb. To bring something entirely unwanted to an event, gathering, or party. Must usually a bad attitude but can include material items such as horrible music or a smelly friend.
