When you are feeling upset, or have a mountain of courswork to do you feel like you need some help or you feel like you need to "call in the troops"
Bob: Mate you alrite

Dave: nah i gota somehow find a way of getting outa of going down on sarah

bob: do you need to call in the troops on this one

Dave: yes i do

Troopship 

An automobile with an unusually high passenger capacity (Crown Victoria, Club Wagon, Mega Cab, Caprice) that is typically used for loading up a whole bunch of buddies to pursue mayhem.
Ben: Remember when we all piled into Tony's Troopship and went to the park?
Johnny: Naw, man, I was already drunk and stoned...I hope I had fun!
Ben: Yeah, ex-cop cars are awesome!
Johnny: As long as the law enforcement is removed.

Another euphemism for male masturbation used by Beavis in an episode of "Beavis and Butthead".
Down time at boot camp was commonly spent sending out the troops.

deploy some troops 

another term for taking a dump, probably more so appropriate in a military setting. See also amphibious assault and bombing mission.
I have to go deploy some troops before the meeting starts.
