Adjective: The term used to describe an unintelligent individual who atleast seems interesting but cam never follow through with plans.

Person 1: "hey maybe we should hang with John this weekend"

Person 2: " nah he's dense yet flakey"

Fake Flakey 

One who pretends to be slightly psychotic for some percieved advantage from others.

Symptoms of "Fake Flakeyness" include buying mugs or signs to hang in their place of work with "You don't have to be mad here, but it helps" written on them, saying such things as "I'm mad me", "I'm gonna kill everyone someday", pretending to develop an interest in Hentai or bad slasher movies and also pretending to find random and sometimes controversial subjects hilariously funny. Such as cancer.

This behaviour is highly irritating to people who know the person, as they know that he\she is not actually in any way mentally ill.

This behaviour is also irritating to people who do not know the person, as they will at the very least be wary of such a person.

"Did you hear? Darius threatened to kill everyone again."

"Man, he is such a fake flakey, no wonder people tend to avoid him."

Many wannabe Goths and Emo kids tend towards Fake Flakey behaviour.

Fake Flakey McWhingerson 

A person who says they're flaking out of an event or other social gathering, and then gets angry at another person for making other plans after the fake flaker said they were not attending.

Flakee 

The poor soul who is reportedly the victim of the infamous flaker (or flake). They have likely organised some kind of public outing or friendly get-together, only to be stood up/bailed on unexpectedly with no explanation. They will often try to find the reason for this, but is usually met with a defensive or passive aggressive response, or is just run away from by the flaker (sometimes both). Pronounced "Flake-ee"

Person 1: "As the flakee, I'm deeply offended by your flaking on brunch."
Person 2: "Er...I was super busy sleeping at the time, um, sorry not sorry" *runs away*

A cereral generally eaten by the followers of the Chaos God known as Khorne. It's not uncommon for followers of Khorne to mention khorne flakes in their usual warcry.
