She will do anything, including have a lot of sex, for so-called crack, and is essentially, a WHORE of the substance. also can describe a person who is CRAZY. psycho, screwed up, mental. usually from the usage of the aforementioned crack. note of advice: look for evidence of crack-whoreness in your friends and watch out, they might betray your friendship for crack!
