A man or woman who has surgically changed their gender into the opposite sex in which they were born.
Cannot make babies after having the surgery.
If a woman had the surgery to make her a man, then she would have a penis after.
They pull out the sides of the vagina to make the penis.
If a man were to have the surgery to make him a woman, then he would have fake breasts, and a hole (vagina).
They cut a mans penis in half and 'tuck' it inside to make the hole.
