iTunes Refresh

An iTunes Refresh is when you add new songs into your iTunes library.

So instead of saying "I added new music to my computer on iTunes, then I synced to my iPod, so now I have new music on my iPod"

you could say

"I refreshed my iTunes and iPod last night"

When you refresh a web page, but you catch something interesting on the sidebar before it changes. You can go back... but the image is different.

I had a peripheral refresh graphic of a shirtless man coughing up blood on the sidebar... but I refreshed the page, and now it's an ad for Room To Go.

when one is reached complete boredom, or boregasm, and has nothing better to do than repeatedly hitting the refresh button on facebook. Most often there is no significant change whatsoever, just the same news about how Becky has just gotten her new haircut and she wants people to "hit her up."

Profesh refresh (n.) A reminder or series of reminders to an employee about appropriate dress, behavior, or activities for the workplace. Can also be used to describe reminders about expected quality of product, though this is a less common usage.

The woman down the hall wearing uggs and a blanket needs a profesh refresh.
