"Puff puff" means you take two short hits (usually the required limit), and "give" means you hand the smoking device to the person next to you in the rotation. 1. A game in which everyone in a circle passes a spliff, bong or other smokeage. Everyone puts five on it. Each time you take a hit you say "puff puff pass." If you fail to say it, cough or pass out, you're out of the rotation. The last person holding the smokeage keeps all the money.

A game in which a joint is made then passed around in a circle of people everytime a person takes a smoke of the joint they must say "Puff puff pass" if they fail to say this or get knocked out or cough while saying it that person is eliminated. You keep going around intill the last person is standing therefore they get the "pot" It cost $5 to enter a puff puff pass game.
