You can tell someone is a Pennsyltucian when they sit at a redlight turning right and the sign reads "right on red" and they sit and wait for the light to turn green; When asked a simple question (ie.) A nickname for a specific type of cheese that resides between the foreskin and head.
Often scraped and collected by enthusiasts and used to “season” their sandwiches.
