ITG syndrome is a condition were an individual suffers from something close to retardation, and will be an annoyance to be around in real life (e.g. embarrassment) they hang out in the Internet, chat rooms, making friends because they lack that in real life. Despite their mongoloid (ugly looks) if you ever come across one you're in for a treat they can be raging lolcows that you need to reply to them IMMEDIATELY! the internet is their life.
