Defeatist 

Expecting defeat and accepting defeat are two different things. Tapping out is accepting defeat, and if someone hasn't done that with you, they haven't accepted defeat by you or surrendered anything to you.

A defeatist is somebody that gives up.

aggro-defeatist 

A overly aggressive externalization of frustration (typically verbal on social media) in the face of imminent defeat that contributes nothing towards improving the odds.

She went on an aggro-defeatist rant shaking her fists while wearing her women's march pink hat saying: "AARGH!!! Rowe v Wade will be overturned!! The world is going to sh*t!!! This is all Bernie, Trump, RBG, Biden, and Republican's fault. I hate the world!!!"

armchair defeatist 

The average "smart" ass who assumes constraints loudly. These people are everywhere and only seem to ever come up with reasons why something won't work, or how it doesn't apply to them, and therefore must not apply to anyone else.

I didn't listen to all the armchair defeatists, instead I made a quick prototype and made $1,200 in my first month.
