$20 and a buzz 

This phrase was recently popularized by middle schoolers, though not limited to only those. The phrase started when a child in the school Maplewood Middle school got a buzz cut so bad people started giving others $20 and paying for them to get a buzz cut. It got so bad that it has since spread to other schools in the district, as well as more schools in New Jersey.

“Can I please get some cash?”

A sarcastic phrase often used to question and belittle a person who has told a long story full of boring mumbo jumbo bullshit, that doesn't have any single significant point.

A rancher in the old west wanted to only purchase a mule that had a large muscular hind quarter. Twenty dollars was a lot of money so a rancher would only pay that much for a mule that was well built. Used to describe a woman with a nice round ass made for "working".
