Frank Wested 

In the xbox 360 game deadrising, the protagonist is Frank West, a photojournalist investigating the mystery at a shopping mall in Colorado. It's infested w/ zombies and Frank has 72 hours to figure out what happened and get out of the mall via helicopter. In the game practically anything is a weapon to attack zombies.

The act of Frank Westing some is to pick up the nearest object (ie. bench, table, katana, chair, baseball bat,etc.) and use it to beat the hell out of someone else

man 1: i'm gonna kick your ass

man 2: *picks up a chair and smashes over man 1's head.* I just Frank Wested your ass
