2) the remnants left in a pouch of tobacco when all the good stuffs gone, usually a shitty tasting tobacco flavored dust

soap scrambling 

1.The act of trying to scoop up your soap in the changing room / prison showers, as fast as possible, in order to avoid suprise sex or rape. Often the faster you scramble the more the soap slips away creating panic and more slipping until you gain a couple of inches. The act of being penetrated when soap scrambling creates more shock and panic for the victim.
