The adjective used to describe an Irishman or person of Irish descent i.e. Irish-American who displays traits associated with a Spaniard i.e. dark hair, dark eyes, and less fairer skin than a typical Irishman but who also displays physical features associated with African males, i.e an enlarged penis.

An Ethnic Group also A person with Irish heritage in the United States who has a mix of Irish AMerican, Black AMerican, and Native American DNA largely in the south resulting from intermarriage during the time of slavery and indentured servitude. In the past free Blacks and Irish were viewed by Whites as related, somehow similar, performing the same tasks in society.

The light skinned Irish were called Irish and the darker skinned Irish were called “Black Irish”.

Black irish 

Opposite of the Red haired, green/blue eyed, and extremly light skin common Irish in the sense that the "black" irish have black hair and brown eyes.Many black Irish are decendents of the Spainish and northern Italian europeans.

Guy 1 - Is that guy in hell's kitchen an italian!?
Guy 2 - Sort of, Black Irish,He's a mixture of native irish and some other southern european country, but since black hair and brown eyes is a dominate trait you can't really tell he's an irish boy.
