Putana Madonna 

An extremely vulgar phrase in Italian. Putana means slut/whore/prostitute. The Madonna is Mary, the mother of Jesus. "Madonna" is sometimes translated as "mother of God."

If you say this phrase, you're basically calling Jesus's mom a whore.

On top of that-it's not even about him having all the attention or attracting women. It's basically so that he can have his pampered self satisfaction.
