generation y

The pampered children of the Baby Boom who have never done without. They are now coming of age in the workforce, born between 1980 and 2000, and their well-heeled parents will ensure their promotion into jobs ahead of older, lackluster Generation X candidates.

Generational

In football terms: a player who is good. So good that he will define the upcoming generation. He is consistent. The player is different breed. The player is unique. The player is destined for greatness. A generational player often happens to play for Barcelona. Look at Messi. He is the goat today.

genderalization

when someone makes a generalization about a person's gender subjectivity. This can happen in many ways, particularly when it is assumed that a person must act within the prescribed gender roles that are socially constructed.

also used as a verb: "to genderalize someone"
Person 1:girls are so much hotter than boys.
Person2: That's such a genderalization! but also true.
or
Person 1: Why is your baby boy wearing pink? pink is for girls!
Person 2: don't make genderalizations about babies and colors. maybe my baby likes pink, so what?

Gender-offended

The affronted emotion one experiences when one is mistakenly labeled as someone of the opposite sex.
Bob: "Alright, guys! Let's go!"
Melissa: "Excuse me! Do I LOOK like a guy to you? No, don't answer that. I feel so gender-offended..."

Gender orientation

A made-up word used by people or organizations who need to check nondiscrimination boxes in order to sound appropriately enlightened and informed. Gender orientation is a mash-up of gender identity and sexual orientation, neither of which have any correlation to the other.
The job posting mistakenly listed gender orientation instead of gender identity as something they don't consider when hiring.
