Kavanaugh of Bros

A group of douchey bro guys. Similar to when groups of collectives of animals are given names such as a murder of crows or a pack of wolves.
Oh no, I have to walk through that Kavanaugh of bros by the bar to get to the restroom. I'll just pee my pants, than walk pass that fog of privileged it'll be easier.

Kavanaugh'ed

Kavanaugh Stop

When ICE agents (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement) violently harass or detain US citizens on the basis of racial profiling, particularly if they have a Latino appearance.

Named after Justice Brett Kavanaugh due to his comments in Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo that immigration stops are a brief, minor inconvenience for US citizens. His assertion was ridiculous even under the facts of the case in question, and were repeatedly proven wrong in the aftermath.
I got two broken ribs in a Kavanaugh Stop, even after I showed ICE my ID

Kavanaugh Stop

When US law enforcement uses skin color as the legal basis to detain and demand citizenship papers from anyone out in public. The term was coined after Justice Kavanaugh wrote a poorly reasoned majority opinion for the Noem v. Perdomo application for stay, in which the US Supreme Court conservative majority decided that the use of racism to detain people was likely not illegal and that being detained or arrested for not looking American (white) was only a minor inconvenience.
My neighbor got swept up in a Kavanaugh Stop. She told the Ice agent that she was a US citizen and her last name was Greeley, but he just told her "she didn't look like a Greeley" and he was going to detain her overnight if she couldn't provide her papers.
