A Ken 

Scottish term used to mean "I know." "A" meanin "I" and "Ken" meaning "Know." Usually used in the South Lanarkshire Ayrshire area.

To pull a ken kaneki is when a weakling/cowardice character (usually the main protagonist) has taken so much abuse that he eventually just snaps and becomes a total badass.
