TDC stands for Typical Delhi Chutia. The guy who grew up in West Delhi , but tells his white friends hes from South Delhi. You know the guy is a TDC if he wears Wayfarers (or worse Aviators) with Air Jordans. Claims to be Punajbi but most likely is not.

Dude Rakesh is such a TDC. He creeped out all the ladies at last nights party with the way he was dancing on Kaala Chashma.

tdc means 'tyrant doesn't care'. It is alike to 'I don't care', but notes the word of somebody more popular not caring. Tyrant is always that one guy in the group who's better than the others. If Tyrant doesn't care, then nobody else should care.
