short for "last call drink".

most often used in an evening including bar-hopping, in deciding where to end the evening.

almost always a dive bar. most likely one where they're liberal about what time last call is, if you're a regular LCD'er.

originated by a restaurant's closing staff, getting out just in time for last call.

Ella: "Where did you wanna do the LCD tonight?"
Karen: "IDK. Maybe at The Wall? We can always get the after last call drink there."
