Lambda Lil Sis 

The Lambda Little Sister program was created to become an extension of the Lambda Family ideal and help incorporate that ideal into the community. Through our program, the members of this family have come to experience a unique opportunity in which many students never get a chance to see.

Initially created to help promote the establishment of an Asian Sorority here on campus, the focus of the Little Sis program has changed.

Now the Little Sis program strives to give girls worthwhile social events to participate in, while developing bonds with the brothers of Lambda Phi Epsilon. Hopefully, in doing so, they also learn about fraternity and what it stands for.

Each Little Sis has a Big Bro that they should be able to look up to and also turn to for advice. Over the years, many friendships have developed.

Our Little Sister Program gives our little sisters an opportunity to develop strong relations with the brothers while providing a means in which they can help give back to the community through philanthropic events. It is through these experiences that we hope to instill the values of being in a family to our little sisters. Some of our goals include to:

-Build and maintain a meaningful relationship that will last throughout college

- Provide an alternative social group

-Provide a family for support

-Escape the cliques through opportunities to attend off-campus events

The most honored and respected Multicultural Fraternity in the world. Est. April 4, 1986. These men rep that Royal Purple and Pure White. These men are hated on by other latin greeks (ie. 1's that wear brown and white) because they were not the 1st est. but are the largest and most respected. Not 2 mention they have down ass cuzzos aka the Phi Beta Sigmas and the lovely Zeta Phi Betas. 1-9-8-6 You aint BETA you ain't SHIT!!

Sigma Lambda Gamma 

Sigma Lambda Gamma is a sisterhood of women who have chosen this affiliation as a manner to achieve personal development and awareness to the responsibility of community involvement for the betterment of local, regional, national and global communities through the efforts of a network of more than 5,000 sisters. Furthermore, Sigma Lambda Gamma continues to be a pioneer in the Greek fraternal world through development of innovative programming initiatives, such as the Young Women’s Leadership Program and Emotional Intelligence.

Today, Sigma Lambda Gamma is the largest, historically Latina-based national sorority with a multicultural membership and fastest growing fraternal organization in chapters and alumnae associations throughout the United States – from Arizona to Wyoming; Florida to Minnesota; New York to Texas; and many more states between the coasts of California and Rhode Island. A criterion for membership into Sigma Lambda Gamma is that a woman must have exceptional morals & ethics with a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, and who is pursuing or have completed courses leading to a degree in an accredited college of university.

Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.

The year 1975 saw the birth of what started as a vision - an idea of an organization, a sisterhood that would cater to the needs of Latinas and the universal woman. Thanks to the tremendous strides made by our seventeen founding mothers, this dream was realized, and took form as the entity. Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated, the first Latina sorority in the nation.

Lambda Theta Alpha was recognized at Kean University as the First Latina Sorority founded in the United States. This organization was the first to recognize the need for a support system, thus creating one. The desire to progress, dedication to their community, and the aspiration for the advancement of the Latina women marked the beginning of Lambda Theta Alpha. It allowed the independent Latina woman of a new era to have a sense of belonging and with that, achieve her highest potential. It would define a new role for the Latina woman, one with education, goals and vision in hopes of great success.

Goals: Scholarly excellence, empowerment of Latinas and the universal woman, cultural and political awareness, and community activism.
